This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

Eligibility for Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the original payment date.

  • Refunds apply to first-time purchases.
  • Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Provider processing costs are non-refundable, so eligible refunds are up to 50% of the original payment.
  • Accounts with abuse or fraud activity are not eligible.

We always try to be fair and transparent. Since part of your payment is used immediately for third-party AI/provider costs, that portion cannot be recovered.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with your account email and payment details. We review requests in the order they are received and usually respond within 3 business days.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
